1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hit & Play mobile application (hereinafter "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hit & Play is a mobile application that provides badminton club management, match tracking, ranking, and performance analytics services. Features include:

• Creating and joining badminton matches
• Real-time score tracking
• ELO-based skill ranking
• Swing analysis via Bluetooth sensor integration
• Match video recording and review
• Club and community management

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App

6. Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload (e.g., match videos).
• By uploading content, you grant PlayHit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for operating the service.
• PlayHit is not responsible for user-generated content.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the account deletion feature within the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlayHit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Effective Date" when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

1. 약관의 동의

힛플(Hit & Play)(이하 "앱")을 다운로드, 설치 또는 이용함으로써 본 이용약관("약관")에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 앱을 이용하지 마십시오.

2. 서비스 소개

힛플(Hit & Play)은 배드민턴 클럽 관리, 경기 기록, 랭킹, 퍼포먼스 분석 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다. 주요 기능은 다음과 같습니다.

• 배드민턴 경기 생성 및 참여
• 실시간 점수 기록
• ELO 기반 실력 랭킹
• 블루투스 센서 연동 스윙 분석
• 경기 영상 녹화 및 리뷰
• 클럽 및 커뮤니티 관리

3. 이용 자격

만 13세 이상의 이용자만 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱 이용 시 해당 조건을 충족함을 확인하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

4. 계정 등록

• 이용자는 계정 자격증명의 기밀을 유지할 책임이 있습니다.
• 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 회원가입 시 정확하고 완전한 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
• 계정의 무단 사용을 발견한 경우 즉시 회사에 통지해야 합니다.

5. 이용자 행동 기준

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 불법적인 목적으로 앱을 이용하는 행위
• 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 불쾌감을 주는 콘텐츠 업로드 또는 공유
• 앱 또는 관련 인프라에 대한 무단 접근 시도
• 앱 또는 연결된 서버의 정상적인 운영 방해
• 자동화된 수단을 통한 앱 접근 또는 데이터 수집

6. 콘텐츠

• 이용자가 생성하고 업로드한 콘텐츠(예: 경기 영상)의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 콘텐츠 업로드 시, 서비스 운영 목적에 한하여 PlayHit에 비독점적·무상의 이용 허락을 부여하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
• PlayHit은 이용자가 생성한 콘텐츠에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

7. 서비스 가용성

안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력하나, 중단 없는 접근을 보장하지는 않습니다. 점검, 업데이트, 또는 불가항력적 사유로 일시적으로 서비스가 중단될 수 있으며, 이로 인한 손해에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

8. 계정 해지

약관 위반 시 회사는 재량에 따라 이용자의 계정을 정지 또는 해지할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 앱 내 회원탈퇴 기능을 통해 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

9. 책임의 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, PlayHit은 앱 이용으로 인해 발생한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

10. 약관의 변경

필요에 따라 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 변경 시 "시행일자"를 업데이트합니다.

11. 준거법 및 관할

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법원의 관할에 따릅니다.
